Cancellation Policy

Definitions • APPLICANT: Any person, company, or institution completing/submitting this application, for themselves or as parent/authorized legal guardian of a minor/child. • COMPANY: Yasha Kids Garden (YKG). • Session(s): Interviews, debates, talk shows, events organized/sponsored by COMPANY. Core Participation Terms The APPLICANT agrees: • Session(s) may be recorded, photographed, published, shared on COMPANY platforms/social media at COMPANY discretion. • COMPANY holds exclusive rights to title sessions for maximum publicity/traction. • COMPANY may use excerpts for ads without compensating APPLICANT (no royalties, credits, etc.). • Sessions may be live/pre-recorded; ads (COMPANY/3rd-party) may be inserted without notice. • All revenue from sessions/ads is COMPANY's exclusive property. • APPLICANT participates as Guest; all content remains COMPANY property perpetually. • Editing, upload, titling, deletion, storage decisions are COMPANY's sole right (no obligation to honor APPLICANT requests). • APPLICANT provides: photo, full name, brand logo, Instagram, business name for flyers. • For online sessions, accept secure conference links (HTTPS/2FA-protected). • Participation voluntary; review flyer/details pre-session. • Contract effective immediately upon digital submission, perpetual, covers all present/future/group/1:1 sessions (retroactive to 1st August 2022 for priors). • Be respectful/law-abiding; unlawful acts APPLICANT's sole responsibility. • COMPANY may cancel/reschedule; agreement persists. • Submission = legally binding digital signature (per Evidence Act 2011, Cybercrimes Act 2015), equivalent to physical ink. Minor-Specific Terms For minors (if APPLICANT registers on behalf): • APPLICANT attests as parent/guardian; liable for false claims. • All terms apply to APPLICANT/guardian. • Minor completes: name/age/bio via secure WhatsApp (end-to-end encrypted), this form, "teenager" bank account (details shared securely to bank rep only). • Minor adheres to contest rules. • Security Addition: COMPANY verifies guardian via government ID upload (encrypted storage) and 2FA; no processing without confirmation. Withdrawal right post-event (prior footage exempt). Enhanced Security & Compliance (New Minimal Clauses) Acceptance By submitting, APPLICANT willingly accepts all terms, covering all stipulations securely. And understands that this present contract is subject to review, thus continuous participation equates to acceptance.
