By using YKG Contests advertising services, you agree that all payments are non-refundable, you bear sole responsibility for your ad content, and YKG Contests may remove any ad without refund for violations of these terms or applicable law.
Payments and Refunds
All payments to YKG Contests for advertising, promotions, or related services are strictly non-refundable upon submission of your application or order. Any potential refund in rare "special" or "exceptional" circumstances (as determined solely by YKG Contests) remains at YKG Contests' absolute discretion and creates no legal obligation, precedent, or expectation for future refunds. You waive any right to chargebacks, disputes, or reversals through payment processors.
Content Ownership, Copyright, and Liability
You agree to provide, upload, publish, or promote only materials, items, products, services, content, or links that you own outright or have obtained express, written legal authorization to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote from the rightful owner(s) or rights holder(s). You commit to performing comprehensive due diligence to ensure no third-party claims for copyright, trademark, ownership, licensing, privacy, personality rights, defamation, or other intellectual property infringements exist.
In the event of any claim, dispute, complaint, legal action, or notice regarding your ad content or elements (including links), YKG Contests reserves the right to immediately suspend, remove, or terminate your ad or promotion without prior notice and without any refund or liability. YKG Contests shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, costs, claims, or liabilities arising from your content, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YKG Contests, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all such matters. You alone bear full legal and financial responsibility for any disputes, infringements, or violations stemming from your submitted materials.
Malicious, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Ads
For connected ads, hyperlinks, landing pages, or external redirects, you accept that YKG Contests may take down your ad at any time without notice or refund if the link or destination is deemed (in YKG Contests' sole judgment) malicious, fraudulent, phishing, scam-like, misleading, deceptive, unsafe, harmful to users/devices, or in violation of law. Similarly, ads subject to multiple user reports, credible complaints, or evidence indicating such issues may be removed without refund. You agree to ensure all linked content complies fully with these terms.
Prohibited and Sensitive Content
To uphold neutrality, user safety, sensitivities, and a fair, inclusive platform, you agree to exclude or minimize all sexual, explicit, suggestive, abusive, harassing, hateful, or violent content, as well as any religious connotations, advocacy, proselytizing, solicitations, or commercial/divisive connections (including references to holy days, figures, beliefs, or communities). Prohibited items also include illegal goods/services, spam, pyramid schemes, false claims, or anything violating local/international laws.
YKG Contests reserves the absolute right to refuse, reject, suspend, modify, or remove any ad pre- or post-publication if it violates these policies, user reports arise, or for any other reason, without notice, explanation, or refund.
