Refunds are available only in these specific cases for YKG Contests products/services:

  • System/Technical Errors: Proven payment double-charges or failed bookings due to YKG Contests platform faults (requires transaction evidence).

  • Event Cancellation: If YKG Contests cancels a paid debate (full refund issued).

  • YKG Merchandise Issues: Damaged/defective YKG items or non-delivery (within 7 days of delivery confirmation).

No YKG refunds for:

  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse"

  • Paid debate entries after debate start time

  • Ads Corner fees (service already rendered)

  • Free debate bookings (no monetary loss)

  • Digital products/downloads
